I think I'm going to try making them this week! They look delicious! My kids love egg&dairy free cupcakes that I make, we also have one of the donut makers and they love mini donuts. I stopped making homemade late last year but this year I'm really going to try to make more. I bought a large plastic container and enough small ones for each day and am planning to do a big bake up and freeze the treats for the week :). Thanks for sharing the great recipes you do :).

I baked a cake tonight, for my mum's birthday dinner tomorrow. All credit goes to Betty Crocker. :-)

P.S Those melting moments sound devine and I am tempted to try them, just because the recipe says you can beat the butter with an electric mixer - much easier than a wooden spoon!
