So, today I will:
1. Weigh In (and add the result to my ticker at the bottom of my blog)
2. Got to personal training at 6am and work out hard
3. Drink 2 litres of water
4. Eat when I am hungry. And only when I am hungry.
5. Eat supportively and cleanly
6. Go to bed early
7. Listen to some weight loss hypnotherapy
That's all...

I went for a morning walk today and felt good....tips that will help me too...:-)
ReplyDeleteTry out this app I love.... Loseit..... You keep track of what you eat, plus it's very visually appealing. It's great for just thinking about the food choices you make... And you will lose weight, if you are dedicated.
ReplyDeleteYep - Be, Do, Have is so much more effective than Do, Have, Be. Don't do the work, have the results and then become fit and healthy. You've got to BE up front. Be the fit and healthy person, then do the work and you will have the results. (Says she who hasn't been to the gym in months ....)
ReplyDeleteYay. Go Lucy! xx
ReplyDeleteI'm getting on board this week too. For at least this month, or as long as it takes to kick some kgs.
ReplyDeleteHonesty is key for me: writing it all down, adding it up, and trying again each day. Because it all counts.
I'll be cheering you on Lucy! x
I'm hungry all of the time, that's my problem!
ReplyDeleteI have to put limits on even when I'm hungry or I'd be the size of a house again. And I'm not going back to that for a long long time.
that chicks abs are insane! I love working out its the food I have problems with.. I really need to crack down and start healthy eating plan
ReplyDeleteGo you! (says the woman who ate four Pascall's Chocolate Eclairs for breakfast...)
ReplyDeleteI think this is true of almost anything we want to "be" Lucy. I admire your resolve. xxxxx
ReplyDeleteNice blog, hi friend, i found that there is one website offering free puzzle games. I've done it and now i am enjoying it. Its URL is http://www.684899.com/en/CosmicCreature/project_1.htm I've done it and now i am enjoying it. Click the below button of the page to get in.
ReplyDeleteGreat blog. Fake it till you make it works with almost all aspects of life it seems. :) (I use it for writing.)
ReplyDeleteIt's all about accountability! You're doing it in a big way. How gutsy! I admire that!
ReplyDeleteNew to your blog. Very inspiring posts.
ReplyDeleteyou are inspiring Lucy.
ReplyDeleteHope you had success with your goals today, Lucy!
ReplyDeleteIf I could achieve 1 thing from your list today I would be a very happy woman! There is still time for me to try and achieve 6. I guess :-)
I have sore legs, and I think of you xxx
ReplyDeleteGood for you Lucy. You know I am working it right along side you (sans personal trainer! How is your new one?). My big weigh in is Wednesday x
ReplyDeleteI'm about to embark on this journey, I'm a 'last 5 kilos' person. but I need to 'eat supportively and cleanly' man do I struggle with this.
ReplyDeleteCostumes come in a huge selection. A beautiful fancy dress , as it is called, raise people's interest has always been through the many possible variations. Cheap carnival costume and their buying has never been so interesting and just like today, and people start to try more new unconventional costumes.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like the time to accept that you are so worth reaching your goal weight Lucy.
ReplyDeleteI am starting Michelled Bridges Losing the Last 5 kg (in 30 days) next Monday. Want to join me?
She is great in her "no excuses" writing style.
I have kicked the sugar habit (ten months now) and just want to look super gorgeous for Summer.
You. are. worth. it.
Love your attitude. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteIt's such a simple concept; if you want to be a certain way, then start acting like it already! Why is this so hard? Hmph. Human nature, I guess. But this post gave me the reminder I needed. Be the person I want to be. Thanks for the words of inspiration! Love being a new follower of your blog!

Though the blog focuses on eating healthy, the principles can be used for most any endeavor. Sometimes a goal might seem too large or overpowering. It helps to break it into tiny actions. Yet, we can string little actions together and over time the overall goad is reached!
ReplyDeleteGoodness gracious - where did that gorgeous girl in yr photo get those abs?
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day.
After such a great early start it really sets you up for success.
I definitely subscribe to "fake it til you make it".
Eventually it becomes second nature - then you have made it - and it’s not fake. x
Do you not think that exercise is so addictive but bad for you at the same time. I do a lot of running swimming and cycling and as soon as I miss one day I feel so guilty and feel all the hard work is going to waste. I even find myself feeling guilty when I go out and have an alcoholic drink. Its a vicious circle. Please read my blog http://willpowerofwill.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteNot sure what's more insane: 6 pack or 6 am. Really? 6 am!
ReplyDeleteI've seen how the plastic surgeon is creating the 6 pack
A very good plan. I wish I could say that I'm going to follow it. Maybe I'll just pick one.
ReplyDeleteAre you doing City2Bay this year? I'm walking it, I have done ZERO training. But it will be fun. Maybe we can say hello afterwards - even if IRL scares the crap outta me!
