The end of the school holidays are drawing near.
I am excited about getting some (much needed) time back to myself.
But I shall miss my three when they return to school and kindy.
I shall miss their constant splash of the pool and their excited noise. It's such a happy sound.
I am grateful for it.
As I am grateful for them - so very grateful for them.
(And I am also always grateful to the lovely Maxabella. She is a generous and kind soul....)
I am also Rewinding today...

Lovely. You have a gorgeous family Lucy.
ReplyDeleteI am dreading the day my kids go to school. I will miss them so very much too. Lovely post as always.

That's a great big DITTO from me
ReplyDeleteThank you Alison - like most children, they drive me barmy most days too. But they were a long time coming, and now, now we are out of the baby/toddler/nappy/trash it stages for all them, they are a bit blissful. xx
ReplyDeleteI love dropping them off, and I love picking them up. I am not quite ready for Lexie (the youngest) to leave me yet - I still have her at home with me for three days out of five, thankfully. Else I would be quite lost!
ReplyDeleteI suspect, lovely Leanne, that you and I are both similar in that we love the groove the school term gives us...xx
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the icecream photo!
ReplyDeleteWhy thank you Miss Lucy, I appreciate your kind words.
ReplyDeleteSNAP on the pool! But what's not to love, right. Happy, giggly, EXERCISEY children!! x
I'm one year away to my little one going to school and to be honest, I don't really want to think about it.... I may get frustrated that she is around me all the time at the moment but once she goes, this house will be empty every day. Hmmm not looking forward to that.
ReplyDeleteToday I am grateful for the blogosphere.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures and wonderful things to be grateful for.
ReplyDeleteI am grateful for the blogosphere and with that I have passed you an award. Drop by and pick it up.
