Saturday Grateful

My daughter's school principle - she is just wonderful. I had a call yesterday to tell me how well Olivia has gone this year. How lovely. (Yes, I am proud.)

Our local library - more on that later next week.

iView - which enables me to get to bed early, but still be able to watch my favourites another time. (Rake, with Richard Roxburgh, anyone?)

Picnic and ExtraFilm. I have created and had printed & delivered, the photo for my fifty personalised Christmas cards, for less than $20.

Stone fruit - it's in season. And I love it.

I'm addicted to my Tivo. I couldn't live without it. Or, maybe I could live but I'd be far less entertained!! x

  14. Ooooo, peach jam. In a house we lived in about 10 years ago, we had an abundant peach tree. I made peach jam there. I miss that tree.

  15. Tiny small school Gill, and a really wonderful class teacher and principle. I am involved with school a lot. It helps, I think?

Olivia and her parents have done really well. You are obviously putting what Olivia needs in place to do well. Amazing to have such lovely peaches so early.

  19. We've just got iView, and while I wasn't keen on the idea, I have to say I'm enjoying secretly recording all manner of shows during the week now I'm gone for 12 hours a day! That's so lovely you got a call from the principal, sounds like a wonderful school. xx
