I feel uplifted.
I am eating perfectly and exercising well.
I feel recovered from the half marathon, and back into a weight loss groove!

ReplyDeleteWell done on feeling so great after the half marathon! I would be buggered for a week! I have a 10km run this weekend in Margaret River....from town centre to beach...which means HILLS! not looking forward to how the calves will feel on Monday!
