When you say nothing at all....about breasts.

On Twitter yesterday, and across blogland, there was a lot of talk surrounding breast cancer awareness.

X Factor is now on the TV, with Ronan Keating as a judge. I love it. Love it.

I loved Boyzone, I love Ronan, I am sad his mother died at only aged 54, from breast cancer.

I am glad that Ronan does so much work for charity, specifically for cancer research, in addition to the Marie Keating Foundation

I am also very glad that songs like this one just make my Saturday mornings a little bit chilled, and a little bit loving, and so appreciative of my healthy little family.

  1. Oh my goodness I just love that song... it reminds me of the UK and drinking with my mates in the local pub ...funny what brings back memories.... I hopped over from maxabella loves...and wanted to say HI

  2. Oh that reminds me of Notting Hill and when I thought Hugh Grant was the best thing ever. I was a teenager ok, so don't judge me!! These days I prefer more manly men :)

  3. what a blast from the past!

ps: just stumbled across your blog and thought you might be interested in my jane iredale giveaway. stop by and take a peek!

  4. I had such a crush on Boyzone, even the two lugs at the back who did... nothing at all.

Check out the look on that guys face on the stilled video. It's hysterical!!

  5. Oh boy Lucy, I could listen to that song over and over and over and never get sick of it. In fact I did do that when it was released. Played it to death...but still I love it, and Ronan...mmm mmmmmmmmm Thanks for sharing it again.

  6. Oh I am not a Ronan fan but I do so love that song!

  7. Yep - good song, not a Boyzone fan but do like that one.

I never knew that about his mother. Mine had breast Cancer too - it wasn't that that got her - she beat that but it came back in her bones and she had no fight left :( Horrible, horrible disease and is why I'm so determined to get healthy. I promised her I would, we said we would do it together when she was better :(

I am a comment addict. Thank you so much for your words...xx
