Do you want the key to making any diet work?

Hey everyone

This is not a promotion.

This is not a review.

I am not being paid, or flattered, or sponsored to write this post. (Yet!)

    I am finally having my own weight loss success, after years and years and years of merry-go-round fads etc, etc. And when I think about it, on paper it definitely looks like this would be the hardest time of my life to lose the weight e.g. completely sleep-deprived, time poor, lots of stressors, lots happening, two babies under two, working... the list goes on and on. And yet, I am succeeding!!! Anyway, the point is, I completely agree with 'weightloss for the mind'... I think it is because I am just finally in the right place mentally and once you have this, everything else, like the discipline to make the healthy choices, keep it in moderation, get up early to workout... is easy! :)

  5. Hey Lucy, thanks for your comment on my resurrected 'get fit' blog. I did see this. The CDs did throw me just a little....time and no CD player and all that. How good are they? I trust you implicitly, by the way! :)
