I love Post-it Note Tuesday - always inspiring! Some I've copied onto real post-it notes and stuick around my desk xx
I should add post it notes like that around my house. Reminders not to emotional and boredom eat. My weaknesses!
My diet tip is to get more sleep. I have found that when I'm tired (and cranky), I eat more. Maybe trying to stay awake? Always a good reminder to drink more water. Happy PINT!
