Fat to Fit yet?
Me neither, but I am getting there!
We had a lot of link ups last week: thank you to everyone who linked up, and I would LOVE it if you linked again with another diet/health/exercise post.

If you feel fat, and you want to lose it and get fit, join in.

By the way, for anyone that is curious, 1kg = 2.2lb
Or, put it another way, 1 pound = 0.45 kilograms
