I am FREEZING
Tonight in Adelaide it is a very chilly and wintry 10`c
Winter, I tell you!
But I don't actually mind that much.
Hot baths, flannie jammies, the fire on. Herbal tea. Slippers. Bedspreads. My list is endless.........
Ooooh, there's a lot of things to love about winter...........

I hate winter :( I need to move somewhere tropical.

ReplyDeleteOooh definitely the stews and puddings that come out at winter. Yummy yum yum. Roast dinners always taste better in winter too. We are just coming in to spring here after what seems like the longest winter EVER!

ReplyDelete@Ratz...Christmas time for us is HOT. 40`c hot in December in Austrlia. But Christmas in my childhood in England were freezing cold.....
@ Cheeseboy......snow. Oh my. My children have never seen snow. Frost is as extreme as it will ever get here....
It is sooo cold today. ANd wet!!! And I am meant to be doing some measuring of limpets at the beach today! (Limpets are kind of snail type things). I really don't feel like venturing out. But i do like hot porridge, tea and snuggling in bed in winter. And the crispness of autumn - like yesterday!

My gripe is Winter is too warm in Qld...lol :)
I'm actually jealous. We're heading into hot and humid summer here soon. Ugh. I want to fast forward into fall.
