I'll be honest, I am a bit over it all.

A fat free chocolate brownie, which, dare I say, was bloody great.

2/3 cup apple puree
I also made a salad with broad beans (home grown out of our garden) which was pretty damn good too:

Can you tell I am over it? So obsessing about food?!
Just tired of thinking about food and exercise all the bloody time.
I just yearn, some days, to nip back to my old habits, curl up on the couch Andrew, with a bottle of wine and a bowl of Doritos.........

But I won't.
Anyway, as a result, I baked today.
A fat free chocolate brownie, which, dare I say, was bloody great.
Warm with 98% fat free vanilla ice-cream.......

Guilt Free Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2/3 cup apple puree
1 tsp vanilla essence
¾ cup caster sugar
½ cup self raising flour, sifted
½ tsp baking powder
2 egg whites, beaten
¼ cup cocoa powder, sifted
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°c.
Spray a square non-stick baking tin (8 inch x 8 inch) with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mixwell.
Pour batter into tin and bake 20-30 minutes until cooked.
To test if batter is cooked, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, brownie is cooked.
Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes in pan.
Gently remove from pan; place on wire rack and when cool, sprinkle with icing sugar if desired. Cut into eight squares. Enjoy!
I also made a salad with broad beans (home grown out of our garden) which was pretty damn good too:
All this to go with good old fashioned family favourite.........tuna patties.........

Can you tell I am over it? So obsessing about food?!
