Well, the personal training is going well. I am exercising for at least 45 minutes every day, usually on the bike, as well as entering ALL items of food into Calorie King.
The actual sessions down at Foxfield are great....the other girls are amazing and despite being very very different, we are all getting on well.
There are so many learnings I am absorbing from this. For example, in relation to my plateau....."Trust your bodies response". ie It will happen. You will break the plateau. But you have to wait for your body and trust it, rather than having a frustrated temper tanty & pigging out.
Learning about how the body uses energy, and the fact that is uses alcohol, then carbs, then protein, then fat.........in that order......was something I did already know, but had never really applied to my weekly intake.
So it is going well. Really well.
I saw Tony yesterday and that cemented a lot of my successes for me.....I know I have done a lot of good work on myself this year so far, and the best is yet to come.
